Based near to the M50 in Ross-on-Wye, Paterson Equine Dental offers a professional and reliable equine dental service throughout Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and the Welsh Borders.

Founded in 2016 by Aidan Paterson BSc BAEDT, Aidan had spent most of his youth riding and working with stallions at his then home Meadow Stud and Meadow Equine Veterinary Practice, run by his late father Brendan Paterson MRCVS BVetMed Cert. ESM and brother Ciaran Paterson BVSc MRCVS.

Showjumping in his early teens before moving on to dressage, Aidan later became part of the Junior European Dressage Team and for many years stable jockey to Olympic Dressage riders Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin.

Capitalising on an extensive equine background and deciding upon a career in equine dentistry, Aidan was accepted into the American School of Equine Dentistry to work and train with Dr. Raymond Hyde DVM and Dr. Adolfo Cedeno DVM to later return to the UK to found Paterson Equine Dental.

Aidan is approved with both the British Equine Veterinary Association and the British Veterinary Dental Association, is a member of the British Association of Equine Dental Technicians and is currently studying Veterinary Medicine & Surgery at Harper & Keele Veterinary School.

Paterson Equine Dental is run in association with Paterson Equine Clinic Ltd. Veterinary Surgeons and is fully insured with NFU.
